فكرت كثيرا قبل كتابتي هذا المقال لانه مهم جدا بالنسبه لي ولجميع الناس التعرف على معنى محدد للسعادة ولكنني لم أجد تعريف واحدا للسعادة ولكنني وجدت أن للسعاد معاني كثيرة ومرتبطه بمختلف السلوكيات التي نقوم بها كل يوم كما أنها مرتبطة بالتربية والبيئة التي نعيش فيها والدين الذي نتبعه ...... الخ .
لذلك تعلمت شيء جديدا من خلال قرأتي للكتب التي تتحدث عن السعادة والمقالات المختلفة الموجودة بالانترنت عن الحياة السعيدة , أيضا من خلال سيرتي الذاتيه وتجاربي وعلاقاتي مع الناس تبين لي أن السعادة هي سلوك مكتسب متعلم مثل تعلم أي لغه في العالم يعني ذلك أن طبيعة تعامل الأهل مع الطفل منذ الصغر بالمودة والرحمة واللمسات الحننيه الدافئه والكلام الناعم وعدم وجود خلاف بين أفراد الأسرة يعلب دورا كبيرا في تشكيل شخصية الطفل وبذلك يحددا مفاهيمه للأمور في الحياة وينظر لها بمنظار مختلف عن الأشخاص الأخرين , كما أن هنالك عوامل أخرى كثيره على سبيل المثال التلفاز وطبيعة البرامج المطروحة فيه , حيث أن كثير من البرامج تتحدث عن العنف والاضطهاد والظلم حتى أن أفلام الكرتون لا تخلو من شخصيات خيالية تخيف الطفل من نظرته للحياة كما أنها تعلمه السلوك الاجرامي
بالاضافة الى الأفلام المتوفرة على أقراص ال سي دي من مصارعة وقتال الشوارع وحروب ودمار ورعب ...... الخ كل هذا ينتج عندنا طفل يعاني من الدخل في نظرته للحياة ومعانيها حيث أن الطفل والأنسان الراشد بحاجة باستمرار لتحديد مسميات معينة لبعض الأشياء التي تحدث معه لكي يقيمها في عقله أي يبرمجها مثل أي قناة في التلفزيون ويعطي لها شيفره في عقله لكي يحدد سلوكه بناءا عليها , ماذا يعني هذا ؟ هذا يعني أن سلوك الأنسان أيضا متعلم مكتسب ؟ كيف ذلك ؟ مثال الطفلة التي أهلها متدينين ولا يسمعون الأغاني عندما تشاهد التلفاز ويأتي مقطع فيه أغنية تسرع بكل طاقتها وكأنه أمر مهم جدا بالنسبه لها ولعائلتها وتخبر والديها وتمنع أو يمنع أخويهما من النظر حتى الى القناة , ما الذي حدث بالضبط ؟ للاجابة على هذا السلوك ندرك بأن هذا الطفل تعلم من أهله عن طريق التكرار أن الأغاني حرام وماذا يعني حرام بمفهوم مبسط لكي يفهم الطفل المعنى ويخزنه في عقله , يعنى أنه في حال مشاهدتك لهذه الاغاني سوف تتعرض للعقوبه من الله لانك خالفة أوامره يعني أن الله سوف يغضب منك ثم الرسول ثم حتى تصل الى عدم رضى والديك منك وفي النهاية عدم رضى نفسك عن عملك مثل هذا السلوك يشكل معني الأغاني بالنسبه لك شيء مزعج لماذا ؟ لانها خلقت رابطا سلبيا في دماغك منذ الصغر بانها مرتبطة باشارات سلبية مستوى أدائي في الحياة ممتاز , جيد جدا , جيد , سيء .
الموضع كبير جدا ولقد كتب به الكثير من الكتب والمحاضرات ولا أستطيع في مقال صغير كهذا الا أخبركم بمعنى السعادة في الحياة حسب وجهة نظري , السعادة هي مقدار الكلمات المخزنة في ذاكرتي عن الأشياء التي أعيها ولا أعيها ومتى تكررها في الحياة وبذلك تحدد شعوري نحو تلك الأشياء ولكي أوضح أكثر أعطيكم مثال , عندما استيقظ صباحا وأصلي الفجر أشعر بالسعادة , وعندما أقبل يدي والدي أشعر بالسعادة , عندما أنظر الى زوجتي وأطفالي وهم يبتسمون أشعر بالسعادة وعندما أحقق أهدافي أشعر بالسعادة .
ماذا يعني هذا الذي أتحدث عنه ؟ هل يعني أن السعادة لها عدة جوانب كما النجاح ؟ بالتأكيد هنالك عدة مجالات في الحياة ( الروحاني , الشخصي , الصحي , العلاقات , المادي , المهني , المادي ) .
ماذا يعني هذا الكلام ؟ هذا يعني أنني حتى أحقق السعادة يجب علي أحققها من الداخل وفي هذه المجالات المذكورة بالاعلى والا أي حالة فرح أشعر بها هي حالة مؤقته وتزول بزوال هذه الحالة , مثل مشاهدة مسرحية أو فيلم مضحك فأننا نضحك كثيرا عند مشاهدة المسرحية أو الفيلم وبعد انتهائه نعود الى شخصيتنا الحقيقه التي تم برمجة دماغنا عليها منذ الصغر وعبر سنوات الحياة وهذا يؤكد بأن الأنسان بفضل الله ورحمته له أكثر من شخصية يعيشها خلال لحظات لكي يستطيع التكيف مع هذه الحياة مثال على ذلك عندما تتشاجر مع زوجتك ويرن التليفون ويتصل بك أحد الأصدقاء الذين تحبهم فأنك تغير نبرة صوتك وأيقاع نغماته وحركة جسمك كله من حالة الغضب وحدة الصوت ورفع الأيدي بحالة تثير الأعاصب الى حالة شعور تثير المحبه والدفىء والهدوء وهذا ما يحدث معنا جميعنا لاننا لو لم نعمل بهذا الطريقه لخسرنا الكثير في هذه الحياة .
